Lethal™ Wristbands to Benefit Storm Victims Through the American Red Cross

WARNER ROBINS, GA – The deadly tornadoes that tore across the Southeast on April 27 could bedescribed as “lethal.” The devastation and loss affected many residents in the states impacted, directly or indirectly. Lethal Human Scent Elimination Company, owned by Clean Control Corporation in Warner Robins, Ga., was indirectly affected by these storms and is raising money to help those in need.

“The South is where my heart is; it’s where I call home,” said Steve Davison, CEO and Owner of CleanControl Corporation. “The people all across the South have a huge sense of pride, humility and love notonly for the area in which they call home but for their fellow neighbors. We help each other in times ofneed. This, more than any other time, is a time of need on such a large scale. AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS  

On the opening morning of Shot Show 2007 at Shot Business Magazine’s Industry Awards Breakfast, Steve Glazener and Simpson Sales Company, Inc. were recognized as Manufactures Rep and Agency of the year for the Shooting Sports Industry.

For the second time in three years Simpson Sales Company has been recognized by NSSF and Shot Business Magazine as Manufactures Representative of the Year.

Slaton White, editor of Shot Business Magazine, noted Simpson Sales was their first two time awards recipient.

The award recognizes the agency and rep’s contributions to the Shooting Sports Industry in conservation, promotion of Shooting Sports and recruitment of new participants.

PREPARING FOR THE FUTURE 

At the 2010 Annual Shareholders/Board of Directors Meeting held May 3 & 4, 2010 plans were implemented to assure continuity and preparation for the future of Simpson Sales Company. 

Carl Logan was elected Chairman of the Board and will continue to function as Chief Executive Officer. (CEO)

David Doss was elected President. In addition to his sales and territory responsibility he will serve as Assistant to the Chairman in preparation for fulfilling the responibilities as CEO at a future date.

Barry Lee was elected as Vice President. He will continue to manage the Ellett Brothers' account along with a small dealer base. He will provide valuable insight to the Board regarding market trends and issues.

Paul Dembkowski was selected to fill the position of Secretary/Treasurer of the Corporation. In fulfilling his responsibilites as sales administrator he will function as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company.

Tom Raines is the 5th member of the Board. He will provide insight into the Law Enforcement Market while functioning as Manager of the Law Enforcement Division.

The Board & Shareholders are confident these actions will prepare the Company to go forward under the team work concept which has served both our factories and customers well for a number of years.
